- The first part of this book is all about dispelling myths about passive investing, buying on market and totally changing how you evaluate investments. Basically that everything you’ve heard about investing is BS, so do this instead. I’m taking part in my first foreclosure auction next week but now I’m no longer nervous. More confident than ever. I hired a programmer on Upwork to build my web scrappers for just $300. Now I know exactly how much equity is in every house up for sale, what the bank’s opening bid will be and exactly how much I can bid. All before the auction even starts!
- I am beginner in the process of educating myself and finding a first property to invest in. This book popped up right on time! I started reading it and was about to put an offer in on a property and completely stopped! Applied some of the simple steps in the book and realized there was no Equity! Where is the equity? Saved from a bad decision before I even started.
It very motivating reading the Author's story especially knowing where he started. The steps in the book are very straight forward to follow, even for a beginner, and I plan to reference this book as I move through the process. Very good read! - I imagined myself a savvy investor before I started readying this book. I bought and sold some properties and made some profit but I bought all my properties via the traditional MLS system like everyone else. The way Liran's explains how he buys off-market properties at auctions with equity for flips, and how he buys HOA foreclosures before the lender started their foreclosure and fight the bank while he's renting the properties without paying taxes and mortgage is simply brilliant. Strongly recommended for new and seasoned investors.

- Great book! Not a page wasted. The book is not a general overview, it is a HOW TO book. You get a TON of information that you dont find in other real estate books. Liran portrays a methodical approach how to gather data and how to be well-prepared and disciplined when it comes to buying pre-foreclosure and foreclosed properties. I am not a novice investor yet I learned a lot of real-life tips and insights. Highly recommend!

- Smart book and inspiring story. As a real estate agent and a frequent reader i learned a lot about how and where I should be looking to find off market properties with high equity. The ways he uses to extract data from the public records is mind blowing.
- There’s no fluff in this book and no basic stuff you could just google somewhere else. Some of these steps seem a little complicated for a beginner, like skip tracing phone numbers. But I guess that’s necessary if your getting thousands of leads at a time.
