Found many parts repetitive.. Her writing is better than his in my opinion. His writing is so superfluous that it detracts from any point he is trying to make."

- I wanted it to be great. I love both of them, their marriage and their work. They are both funny as H_LL. This books reads like the tape recorded set of interviews that it is. No great insights. More about their random feelings and beliefs. I skipped over the longer lectures. Two actors. Talking. They are married. Full stop.
- Should have tried a sample because the "back and forth banter" of the writing is exhausting and hard to read in any sort of flow or storyline and not interesting enough to try .

- I bought the kindle edition and the audible book. Listening to this read by the actual authors is the best. Megan and Nick are hilarious, I wish I was friends with them in real life!
- I really enjoyed reading this! I unexpectedly enjoyed the conversational style of the chapters, as I feel like I got a true sense of the authors as a couple. It was a sweet, funny, quick read that was very enjoyable!

- I enjoyed this and had a few laughs but the dialogue format was new to me and I am not sure yet if I was here for it. Anyways I love Megan and would probably like any of her work. I never got into Parks n Rec so this was my first foray into Nicks work and I was not disappointed. ALSO I LOVED THE JIGSAW PUZZLE CHAPTER. it was so clever.
